About

Welcome! It is my privilege to meet with others as they seek to address issues that get in the way of living a full and meaningful life. Symptoms of distress that we can address include the following: Interpersonal Difficulties, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Addictions, Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex/Developmental Trauma, Personality Disorders, and other Disorders of Emotional and Behavioral Regulation (e.g. Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse). Collaborative, compassionate and integrated care is my intention. I am a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider as well.

I am a CCPT-Level II (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional) and Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) from a Somatic and Attachment Perspective (S.A.F.E.). I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) while addressing symptoms related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I invite you to a free initial phone consultation to explore how I may be of help to you or your loved ones and/or I can assist you in finding other resources that may be helpful.
