About

It's an honor to have you here. My name is Gabby, I'm an open-hearted therapist with over eight years of experience helping individuals alchemize their self-limiting narratives and behaviors. I support people experiencing overwhelming emotions, grief, relationship challenges, work or school stress, difficult life transitions, mind-body disconnection, or just feeling stuck and wanting somewhere to land/process what's going on. My education is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Holistic Studies, and I currently utilize experiential/somatic, relational, and emotionally-focused psychotherapies in my practice.

During sessions my priorities are: That you feel safe and seen (I will check in about this); That you have increased awareness of, and space from, the conditioning that blocks you from feeling fulfilled, whole, and compassionate towards your complex human self; And, that you connect more with your body as a source of self-regulation, insight, and resilience.

While I specialize in working with women, I also enjoy working with the queer community, young adults, and men who have an interest in body-oriented psychotherapy and/or spirituality. If you want any additional information about my practice or to connect for a free consultation, please don't hesitate to reach out.
