I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of anxiety. With a compassionate and personalized approach, I am dedicated to helping my clients understand and manage their anxiety, empowering them to achieve greater peace of mind and a more fulfilling life. I utilize training in CBT and DBT to influence my approach in our sessions.
