About

I help people with a wide range of concerns (work, family, relationships/ divorce/ blended family, depression and anxiety, trauma) find their resilience and agency and help make meaning and sense of experiences. My work stems from Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Grief training. I work with people in a non judgmental way to help create positive change and heal. It's my belief that our work together in a safe, empathetic environment enables my clients to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.

I have a scope of of the training in several different modalities that allows me to be flexible with client's needs. I am active and engaged in sessions and look to create a trusting and connected relationship with the people I work with.

Finding the right therapist can be daunting. I am interested to hear about you and welcome a call to hear a little bit about you and tell you about myself, as well as answer any questions you may have.
