Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
As your therapist, I honor that you are the expert of your own life. I acknowledge that a person may need additional support from an unbiased individual, the therapist. Sometimes, making a change is hard. I believe in forming a collaborative relationship with you as a client to help you reach your goals, or even explore what potential goals can look like. For those wanting to move beyond traditional talk therapy, I am happy to discuss and offer EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). My expertise involves working with young adult clients on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and their families, traditional and non-traditional relationship issues, anxiety disorders. Finding a therapist can be a great form of self-advocacy. And you should be proud of yourself for starting that process. Please reach out for a consultation if you are wondering more about my practice and our compatibility as therapist and client.
