Hello, my name is Gabe Guth and I'm so happy you're here! Sometimes the hardest part about self-care is just getting started and you've already completed that often difficult first step. I love working with individuals who have never been in therapy before to help demystify the process and create an understanding of why therapy can be so effective. Currently, I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as loss, depression, shame, social anxiety, and life transitions such as starting school or changing careers. My approach is non-judgmental and comes from a place of compassion and empathy. I specialize in decreasing feelings of shame to better understand what is at the core of your concerns. In addition to my formal training, I served in the United States Navy and enjoy working with fellow veterans and the unique challenges they face. From folks brand new to the idea of therapy or to reestablish ongoing therapy, I would love to hear from you. In it's essence, therapy is simply a conversation focused on you and your goals. I'm excited you're here and I look forward to working together on building a therapeutic relationship and finding you relief.
