About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Gender and Women Studies from the University of Delaware. I also received a minor in domestic violence prevention and services. I then went on to receive my Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I also received a post baccalaureate certificate in gender violence. I have almost 3 years of experience in outpatient mental health counseling. I also have experience with inpatient and crisis mental health services. Lastly I have experience working with victims of domestic violence in multiple settings.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and safe as I am very aware of the courage it takes to seek help. It is ok to not be ok and I’m here to help! My other goal is to make my clients feel heard, seen, and validated.
