Openings this week! Balance. Communication. Boundaries. Three simple words that are not that simple to implement in our lives. Within our practice we believe in maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment. As clinicians, we value looking at a client as a whole person. We find utilizing your strengths, while looking at the systems in which you live is the key to successful treatment. Throughout our relationship we will examine the systems in which you live to learn together how to find balance, establish healthy communication and set boundaries. Our background includes providing support and counseling services to a variety of clients of diverse personalities, cultures, ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We believe our work with incarcerated individuals, DCF-involved youth, adults, children and families struggling with persistent mental health issues has made us a versatile clinicians. Within our practice we believe in maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment. Once we identify the changes you would like to make and the skills you would like to strengthen we use an evidence based approach. Sessions are person centered and focused on what you need at that point in time.
