Deborah "Fay" White, LCMHCA. Deborah "Fay" White is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2020. With her life experience, education, and training, Fay can help clients heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and other problems by teaching them how to challenge and reframe distorted thoughts and beliefs, find and implement solutions, regulate emotions using somatic practices, and by walking through their healing journey with them. Fay is a registered yoga teacher and uses complementary practices such as breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness to help clients reset and stabilize their nervous system.
