You are good enough, just as you are right now. Despite this truth, life can be difficult, painful, and just plain chaotic. Therapy can be a place of processing, healing, and discovering ourselves over again. It can be a place of forgiveness, acceptance, and learning that we are able to move forward with confidence in ourselves. I believe each person is on a journey of understanding the past, themselves in the present, and where that will take them in the future. I use various therapeutic approaches to decrease symptoms of trauma, anxiety, negative beliefs about self, and break hurtful patterns in relationships with others and self. By coming to a place of understanding, we can move toward acceptance and then action to reach our therapeutic goals. My main objective is to provide a setting where you can embrace and fully believe that you are indeed enough in this moment. “The scariest moment is always just before you start.” -Stephen King
