My practice draws upon the concept of the lotus flower, which blooms out of muddy water. Although life brings unexpected difficulties and challenging experiences, I believe any individual can grow and develop practical skills to manage their mental health. Everyone is capable of change and growth, no matter their past or current circumstances. My desire is to help each client heal, grow, and learn skills to manage their wellbeing. I provide exposure-focused therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety due to OCD, PTSD, school/social phobias, or other distressing factors (change of country, employment, family, etc.). Having worked as a therapist in Europe for four years, I remain passionate about supporting clients from culturally diverse backgrounds. My priority is to foster a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. I do this through building trust over time and working with clients to develop their own therapeutic goals.
