Fabiola Calderon, LMFT I’m a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist. I know that life stressors and culture influence mental health. My approach is focused on getting to know the individual, identifying your personal struggles, needs, and goals. Treatment would be a collaborative effort to help the individual to manage symptoms and behaviors. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, loss and grief, parenting stressors, and depression. I have treated adolescents and adults for the following conditions: Trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, loss and grief, parenting stress, and depression are areas that I feel comfortable in treating. The most important ingredient in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I will create an open safe space with no judgment for this relationship to be established. In therapy experiencing comfortable and unpleasant feelings in session(s) is common and an indicator that therapy is working. I will be there to cheer you on, laugh, celebrate success, provide support, guide, model self-love, empathy, and compassion to ensure emotional growth occurs.
