Hi, I'm Ewa (eh-vuh). I honor all human experience just as it is and recognize that life is rarely linear. At times life may bring challenges that impact and even overwhelm our ability to access and utilize our capacity to heal. Through counseling it is possible to be curious, alongside one another, about the questions your life is asking you. I have confidence that we can co-create a space in which the authentic part of you can be seen and heard in ways that honor your truth. I aim to help you process your complex emotional experiences so that you could live with greater ease and comfort in your relationship with self and others. View 6 Photos My ideal clients are those who want a collaborative exploration into the paths of healing from trauma and its impact on the mind and body, sexuality and gender identity and expression, and integrating spirituality into the healing process for those who traditional religious practices may have harmed. I am an open and affirming therapist who is constantly striving to increase her cultural competence at the pace of social change. My background includes training in counseling, spirituality, and yoga. I am grounded in a depth-oriented relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and use an integrative approach in my work.
