About

My clients come to me because they want to tell their story to a warm, empathic professional with expertise in professional psychology. For over 25 years I have helped people overcome depression, anxiety, and addictions. My clients have found a new window to the world and have overcome fears and frustrations in work, marriage, parenting, and professional and intimate relationships. Whether very young, very old or in between, I can help you overcome obstacles and manage conflict, so that you will experience greater happiness and satisfaction.

You don't have to struggle alone. Whether in couples, family or individual counseling, my approach is to listen to your concerns and help you turn the tables by seeing your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. I want to help you experience life to its fullest.

I work with people from many walks of life. My goal is to change the conversation from negative to positive. Bring your challenges and questions to me and we will identify and work on your goals together.
