About

Are you struggling in your relationships, feeling significant life transitions, working through depression and anxiety, or grieving any type of loss in your life? If so, these are some of the specific challenges I’ve worked through with clients over the past 7 years in practice. Through building a trusting and collaborative relationship with you as a client, I will help you navigate your feelings in order to find clarity as well as new ways to cope and work through these significant experiences. It's important to me that you feel safe, heard and challenged in order to promote growth for yourself and in your relationships! View 3 Photos

I am especially skilled at working with individuals who feel stuck in their life. Issues of sexuality can bring about this confusion and sadness due to people feeling shame about who they are. I am also very experienced in working with grief and loss: a family member, job, home, etc.

Therapy is meant for anyone and everyone. I continually seek my own therapy and believe therapy, good therapy, can make changes in people, communities, and the world.
