Welcome to my bio! The decision to pursue therapy is a courageous one, & finding the right therapist can feel daunting but it is possible. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in CA with 15+ yrs experience serving clients who desire to heal from anxiety, depression & challenging life transitions across the lifespan. I'm passionate about empowering others to bring their life, career, & relationships into thriving alignment in order to experience more authentic joy, abundance & fulfillment. You are more than capable & worthy of experiencing the change you deeply desire, & I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey. My approach involves evidence-based, holistic & integrative therapeutic interventions with a passion for navigating difficult life transitions to move towards expansion and growth. I'm also a Somatic EMDR Practitioner & specialize in working with highly-stressed professionals, entrepreneurs & executives needing support navigating stress and burnout. I possess strong multicultural competence as a result of working with diverse patient populations including LGBTQIA+ clients. I'm also completely fluent & able to provide psychotherapy in Spanish. We'll work collaboratively to create an individually tailored, holistic & integrative approach to therapy considering your unique situation, needs, values & goals.
