I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating evidence-based practices like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing. I have made it my life's work to support clients on their journeys to regain meaning in their lives. I work to bring out the best in everyone and allow their strengths and skills to flourish.
