About

I am a psychologist at McLean Hospital and a Lecturer of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. I have worked as a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital’s Anxiety Mastery Program with children and adolescents (and their families) with anxiety disorders in an intensive outpatient setting. Additionally, I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital’s 3East DBT programs. I earned my PhD at Boston University. I have expertise in treating children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, AR/FID, school avoidance, and borderline personality disorder.

I am extensively trained in empirically-supported treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I also have particular experience in working with Asian/Asian-American individuals in individual and family therapy, especially related to identity and family conflict.

At this time, I am providing CBT, ERP, and DBT-informed treatment. I provide individual therapy for children over age 7, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy and parent coaching. I have current openings during daytime hours! If you are interested in discussing treatment with me, I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consult!
