Book with me now by clicking on my website. I am a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State, and Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Ohio. I received my Master of Arts in Psychology, Child, Couple, and Family Therapy at Antioch University in 2015. I have been providing individual and family therapy since 2013. I work with individuals who seek to heal from low self-esteem, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I draw from evidence-based, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I fully believe everyone has the answers to their life questions within themselves, and my job is simply to facilitate inner healing, connection, and growth. I can provide a coaching style approach. My clients tend to benefit from learning to process their emotions.
