Ernest Benson, LPC is the founder of Infinite Life Counseling, LLC. Originally from Birmingham, Al and proud graduate of Morris Brown College. Infinite Life Counseling, LLC provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families who have experienced difficult situations and life has become difficult to manage/overwhelming. ILC prides itself on recognizing the impact of stress, anxiety and trauma based on past and present experiences of daily living. Understanding the impact complex trauma plays on daily operations, and decreased functionality. We create an atmosphere where our clients can be transparent. By taking inventory of the finite details, we can identify how thoughts, feelings and behaviors have changed and create a treatment plan for recovery.
