Her goal as a guide is to hear her client’s experiences, process their journey, and help them develop a meaningful understanding of themselves. Erin uses an eclectic approach by drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques to best address her client’s individual needs. She favors an integrative embodied process and is skilled in trauma-focused CBT, DBT, and Humanistic modalities. Erin has experience working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She also has experience working with AODA clients in inpatient, residential and outpatient settings.
