I specialize in helping my clients to feel a sense of freedom or relief from their anxious thoughts, while also exploring pathways for longer lasting personal and relational change. I work very collaboratively, and my goal is to help my clients to be more comfortable in their minds and effective in their lives. I take a research-informed treatment approach and I see this work as not only a way to get through a crisis or reduce a symptom, but as a path toward having a better toolkit for managing obstacles in the future. View 6 Photos As a generalist practitioner, I work with a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, difficult relationships, career stress, or generally feeling stuck. I also specialize in working with people who are having a hard time turning down the volume on their anxiety or worry. I particularly enjoy working with clients in their 20s and 30s who are navigating the unique challenges of that time in their lives, and I am very responsive--I often respond to calls and emails within an hour.
