I work exclusively with adult patients and have experience with a wide range of mental health and relational difficulties. I offer telehealth therapy sessions and provide a mostly narrative approach. More specifically, I have a particular passion for working with survivors of psychological torture/abuse, adult children of narcissistic parents, those suffering suicide grief, and those having suffered paranormal traumas. Regardless of why you are struggling, I'm so glad you are reaching out for help. I'm here to offer a safe, consistent and compassionate space for you to be vulnerable, to be seen and understood.
