I believe that families, couples, and individuals can be empowered to make positive changes. Finding a therapist that understands how you are experiencing life is often anxiety provoking and overwhelming. Change is difficult, especially when people feel judged or shamed. I value the therapeutic relationship and take time to build trust and rapport with everyone I encounter. I work hard to make sure that every Client's story is taken seriously and heard, regardless of the situation. Through my licensure and training as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist, I help Clients work through trauma, family issues and parent child relationships. I have an extensive background working with LGBTQ-plus individuals and couples. Therapy is an intimate and reciprocal relationship. I offer warm acceptance and hold space for everyone that I encounter. I recognize navigating life is difficult. My office is a space that allows individuality and respect.
