Life is full of challenges and it always helps to have someone on your team. Counseling can help your process and learn skills. It will make your journey easier. As a team, we work together to find the right goals and treatment that will work for you. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Sandtray Therapy. I have spent the last 30 years in public education working with all grade levels. First as a special education teacher then as a school counselor. One of my favorite parts of the jobs was working collaboratively with parents. I look forward to hearing from you and learning how I can help you reach your goals.
