About

I believe my role as a therapist is to build a safe and nonjudgmental partnership to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom and capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. I combine your expertise in your own life with my training and experience to support you as a whole person (mind, body, spirit) in the context of your intersecting identities, experiences, and environment. Curiosity and compassion are core to my work. I specialize in working with adults impacted by complex trauma, chronic stress, and/or childhood emotional neglect. I also support people who feel 'stuck,' anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed.

My approach is humanistic, incorporating mindfulness, expressive arts, parts work, somatic therapy based on client needs/preferences. I have specialized training in holistic approaches to healing impact of trauma, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Levels 1 & 2, Structured Sensory Interventions for Traumatized Children, Adolescents, & Parents (SIT-CAP).

I am committed to ongoing personal and professional growth through training, consultation, community involvement, and engagement in wellness practices for my own well-being and to better support my clients.
