I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. My experience spans from working with people with acquired disabilities, to substance abuse, veterans/ first responders, and life coaching. I have a passion for helping a client use their belief system to work through challenges moving them toward their desired place. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a qualified supervisor for registered mental health therapist interns. To ensure I deliver quality services, I am certified in Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, as well specializing in trauma recovery. I have worked with persons from various cultures as well as religious practices. Managing your Mental Health can be challenge whether you are facing new obstacles or have had an existing diagnosis; everyone deserves and opportunity to have their story heard and be given options in managing their health in a way that works best for them.
