About

My ideal client is a high functioning adult who is not necessarily diagnosed with anything, but senses that something is just not right with them, and they don't know how to start. They are somebody who has achieved a lot in life, perhaps professionally, and for some reason they are just not as happy as they used to be, or no longer as interested in what used to be interesting. They are open-minded to try out new methods to help jump-start them back into high gear again. They are motivated, want to change, believe they can change, and are open to doing homework, reading literature and are interested in solving problems together.

I implement cognitive behavioral therapy, specializing in utilizing somatic methods to treat patients who suffer from listlessness, general dissatisfaction, and bad habits. I provide a suite of "biohacking" techniques to facilitate physical, emotional and mental connectivity, better performance and overall better well-being.

I am a successful therapy practitioner, started my own practice in 2015. I have been married for 23 years to the same woman and have two teenage children. I reside in Newcastle, Washington. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
