If anger has you looking at this website, you and I need to talk. I'm a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. I help people with anger. Unfortunately, many people bury their wounds, and they come out in anger. Let's go for the wound, not the diagnosis. As a Pastoral Counselor, I use Biblical principals to help people with their problems. If you're in pain, let's not chase symptoms, but rather, go for the problem. Looking for individual help, couples counseling, or need some tools for parenting, give me a shout. I have found that people that come to a therapist are generally looking for tools they can use when they leave the office. Sometimes it's information. Sometimes it's techniques. But mostly, it's leaving empowered with a new perspective and abilities. From angry teenagers through adults, call me. I work at ProAct where other Licensed Professional Counselors refer their clients needing Pastoral counseling or anger management to me. If they can trust me, you can too.
