Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
I'm Erica, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm here to support you on your path to healing and personal growth. I understand that reaching out for help can be one of the most challenging things you'll ever do. It requires a willingness to be vulnerable and confront your emotions, and it's not something anyone should face alone. I am passionate about understanding each individuals unique challenges and experiences and use that as the core of my practice. That's why I'm dedicated to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can process your thoughts and feelings. My approach is holistic and person-centered, drawing from a blend of evidence-based interventions. I believe in the importance of the mind-body connection as part of the healing process which is why I emphasize the importance of strength-based approaches, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). If you're searching for a supportive and understanding partner on your journey to better mental health, I would be honored to work with you. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about my services. I look forward to the opportunity to draw our your strengths and support you on your path to healing and discovery.
