About

With great attention to what makes each of us unique, I love to support clients in feeling more whole as themselves. Our journeys as humans can feel quite isolating & confusing. Regardless of where your path has led you, I will meet you where you are & empower you to find your inner strength. Many of us struggle with emotions and thoughts we don’t know how to cope with, & behaviors we don’t feel good about, & we may not know how to change this. It is difficult & frustrating to feel stuck. Therapy is a validating & affirming space. Please know that I have a profound passion for helping clients and I meet all inquiry with compassion.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, and domestic violence. I have had the training to work with cases involving human rights, social justice, and domestic violence; with the capacity to hold the light just as much as the dark. I have experience in helping individuals deal with depression, stress, PTSD, grief, peer relationships, goal-setting and

and relationship issues. But beyond these are many other areas in which I am experienced. I have a passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community and offer affirming care. It is important that clients find comfort in their own process as well as the working relationship over time.
