Erica provides counseling services to address mental health areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, periods of transition/adjustment, ADHD, relationships/ couples, social skills, family dynamics, parenting skills, behavioral challenges, LGBTQIA+, grief, substance use, women's issues, self-image, mood disorders, and more. While much of her work has centered around children, adolescents, and families, Erica has experience with clients representing many demographics. Past clients have encompassed a variety of cultures, ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, races, levels of mental and physical abilities, sexes, and walks of life. Erica graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2015, and has been working the field of mental health ever since. She is experienced in a range of modalities, including (TF-)CBT, DBT, MST, and others. She also offers telehealth sessions as an option. Erica's practice is fueled by her core belief that everyone deserves to move through life feeling happy, healthy, and safe. Inside of us all are seeds of potential. With proper care, guidance, and a safe, supportive environment, this potential can reach limitless heights. It is her joy to help others develop their skills and assist them in personal growth.
