I help individuals feel okay in their bodies, one day at a time, one moment at a time. I want to help us discover the parts of you that you didn't know existed but have been carrying you this whole time. For example, notice the part of you that is reading this right now. I work to help you be in the "here and now" rather than the "there and then." We often treat others better than we care for ourselves. It is so hard to acknowledge our needs and care for ourselves. That is okay. There is nothing wrong with you. There is nothing to fix. This is about gaining awareness of how you have learned to survive and how there are other, better options now.
