I work with adolescents, teens, and adults facing a variety of life's challenges. My lived experience as part of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as a cancer survivor spurred a passion for working with others who are also walking those paths. I also specialize in working with those who are exploring their identity in any capacity, or who are feeling stuck in their current situation. Additional areas of focus include depression and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, body dysmorphia/body image, and executive dysfunction/ADHD. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and I take a collaborative approach with you in setting therapeutic goals, identifying coping skills, and tracking progress. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to feel empowered to grow into your true authentic self, whomever that may be. Finding the right therapist can often be a challenging process. I offer a low pressure consult option to ensure a good fit and to answer any questions you may have about my therapeutic approach. I'm also happy to connect via email or text for those who prefer. Let me meet you wherever you're at.
