I am passionate about helping empower clients and corporate businesses to lead their best lives. I can bring Mental Wellness Seminars to your next corporate event. Specialties include: Recovery from sexual trauma, domestic violence and abuse, addictions, and 12-Step work; chronic pain, illness, cancer recovery; anxiety, depressive disorders; pregnancy and post-partum care; grief and loss work; sexuality and gender identity; working with children and families with application of the expressive art therapies. I enjoy incorporating Expressive Art Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Hypnosis into treatment when appropriate. I strive to teach my clients deep breathing and Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques.
