I believe ALL women deserve to live Life bravely, boldly and authentically. I also believe that women can create powerful generational change that shifts the paradigm for future generations of women. As a result, I've dedicated my professional career as a licensed therapist and certified mother-daughter coach, to working with women and teens (ages 13 and up) in 2 ways: 1) helping them break free from self-limiting beliefs, heal from past hurts, and achieve transformational growth; and 2) working with mother-daughter pairs experiencing conflict or an impasse, but yearn to reconnect, and enjoy a healthy mother-daughter relationship.
