I offer an open, nonjudgmental space for you to examine your feelings. We will work towards gaining insight into underlying patterns in your life and helping to empower you to take action and make changes. In our work together, we will work to collaboratively identify your values, needs, and goals. I am experienced at working with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I primarily use cognitive and behavioral therapy strategies including techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients approach and process events and feelings they may be avoiding. Whatever you may be going through, I am here to help. I want to know and understand you holistically, learning the context of your life that has led you to this moment. Learning what your identities and experiences mean to you is important to understanding not only your struggles, but also your strengths.
