About

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting kids, families, adults, and their mental health. Utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs, I help clients gain insight by examining their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while also finding meaning through value and goal exploration. My clinical background and life experience that includes being a father of four helps me relate, educate, and empathize with many. Whether you're looking to heal, adopt a growth mindset, or find a way to make it through, I am committed to being your ethical, supportive, and empowering therapist.

I've worked with kids, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults. I've worked with displaced youth, adolescents who have sexually harmed, adults trying to find their way into professional lives, and others. Cognitive-based theory, trauma-informed approaches, and existentialism helps me understand where you've been, where you want to go, and how to get there.

If you're looking to continue your success, I'm ready to empower your growth. If you're down in a hole, I'm ready to hop in and lift you up. When things get too complex, when you need a little hope, or when you want to discover strengths along the way, I'm ready to help (or refer you to another clinician who is the right fit!).
