I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Client-Centered (the values of Carl Rogers, respect for clients' story) and Family of Origin work for individuals, and Gottman and Emotionally Focused Counseling (Sue Johnson) for Couples. However, I am also eclectic, try to tailor make my approach based on the clients' presenting concern, background and goals You can expect respect, compassion and collaborative care that is based on my best and most authentic understanding of your life experiences.
