When we hurt we cannot enjoy life how we wish. Pain from our past, from relationships, from trauma or from a multitude of other sources can create unrest with how we see ourselves, others and the world we live in. Current events can compound our sense of powerlessness and the pain associated with our own experiences. Fortunately, each person has in them the capacity to grow, love and live how they want to. Through thoughtful reflection and exploration in a therapeutic environment, we will work to identify what's important to you, the strengths you possess and the direction you seek. Along the way, we'll explore different therapeutic tools including cognitive processing and body experiencing. Many of the truths we seek lay in our own mind, body and in the values we exercise in the willingness to access them. The success you find in the therapeutic experience can offer the confidence and empowerment you need to live the life you desire.
