About

You are deserving of the time and space it takes to heal and grow. Many of us find ourselves 'surviving' rather than 'living' at times; mindlessly wandering day-to-day questioning our purpose, wondering where the passion has gone. Whether it’s due to a major life adjustment, depression, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling stuck. If you are navigating a difficult moment or a recent challenge, know that you can expect a safe, confidential environment to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can work toward finding your path to healing and renewal.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based; utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, and cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy intervention. I specialize in areas such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and PTSD.

Reaching out for help is a courageous step, and I’m here to assist you or your loved one. I’m currently accepting new clients, in office or virtually, please call or email me to schedule a 15 minute consultation free of charge to see if we’re a good fit. Let’s work together to help you feel your best.
