About

Welcome! I work with children and adults, offering short and long-term therapy to alleviate specific symptoms, and work towards deep and meaningful change. I also bring my expertise in psycho-educational assessments to help you to understand results and think together about next steps. As a therapist and assessor, my approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, focusing on creating a safe space and genuine relationship as the basis of treatment. My hope is that you feel seen and understood, and comfortable bringing in all parts of yourself into our conversations.

Sessions involve slowing down and tuning in to internal experiences. We might process emotions, explore cultural contexts, or strengthen coping skills. With children, I aim to help them put feelings into words, or use play for self-expression. I work with parents to improve parent-child communication, ease daily stresses, and find moments for connection.

I enjoy working with people with a variety of lived experiences. This could include: going through life transitions, healing from trauma, feeling isolated and wanting more connection, managing stress and anxiety in high-pressured environments, navigating multiracial relationships, having histories of immigration and adoption, and being neurodivergent.
