About

My goal is to offer quality individual, couple and family therapy, including children and adolescents, to those who are struggling with concerns that are keeping them stuck. I conduct therapy in my home office, which offers both comfort and privacy. I assist persons in addressing marital discord, those struggling with depression and anxiety, those who have suffered from early childhood trauma, parents who want help with parenting skills, and anyone who wishes to resolve conflict, either individually or with significant others.

I am also interested in working with those who are in same-sex relationships. I believe that I am relatively successful with those who have some characteristics of Borderline Personality Disorder and those with issues related to poor attachment and who experience difficulty with intimacy.

I welcome anyone who is seeking someone to listen, understand, offer options and accept without judgement. I have 28 years of experience, am an AAMFT approved supervisor and offer individual and group supervision to students working toward MFT licensure.
