About

In a marble carving class my professor once explained “You don’t get to tell the marble what to do. If you embrace it in its natural state the marble will reveal its form to you.” Meaning, no matter how hard one tries with a chisel and hammer the natural properties of the material itself will determine how it can be formed. This is my approach to therapy. To accept each client exactly as they are and allow them the space to choose and direct their own growth.

Therapy is a place to explore issues that challenge you as well as things that inspire and excite you. I offer a personalized approach to help you meet your unique goals and achieve personal growth.

All are welcome in my office no matter how you identify your gender, race, sexuality, or relationship type. I specialize in individuals going through difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adults with ADHD/ASD. SW friendly/safe. I have recently been a fellow at NOBPC in their psychoanalytic psychotherapy program.
