About

Are you a trauma survivor? Are you overwhelmed, anxious, experiencing panic attacks? Are you depressed, not sleeping/eating, and/or isolating? Are you unsure of why you are the way that you are? Do you feel like you don't belong, maybe you're mixed race and struggle with identity? Do you feel low, loss and are in need of support off the ground? I'm here to help find and/or regain your empowerment to succeed in your goals. We can collaboratively work together to improve your overall functionality & wellbeing through individual outpatient therapy.

I am a bilingual (Mexican Spanish) therapist who values person centered and culturally responsive services. YOU are the expert in your life and I am here to offer a space for your healing journey. I will guide you through ways of processing the past and current stressors as well as offer psychoeducation at your own pace. I will meet you where you are at.

As a child sex abuse survivor, I offer a unique perspective to support your goals of growth and healing. I understand the complexities of healing trauma; it's not linear and I will meet you where you're at session by session. I am a life-long learner and incorporate collaboration in the therapeutic process offering a safe non-judgemental space.
