In my work with my clients, I try to create a warm and empathic space where you can feel safe enough to reconnect to hope and purpose. I feel honored to be present with my clients as they navigate and explore their inner and outer lives, and bear witness to their healing and recovery. I have a specialty in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relational issues. Other mental health concerns I work with include substance abuse, depression, ADHD, self-harm, and stress management. My style in therapy is holistic and integrative, incorporating a mind-body approach. I have extensive experience in CBT, CPT for trauma, mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment theory. I try to tailor the therapy to fit what you're looking for, and help you meet your needs in this space. At the Philadelphia Center for Psychotherapy, it's very important to us that you feel safe in therapy, so we will work together to create a treatment plan that feels authentic and manageable to you. I would be happy to talk more about my practice and your needs in therapy. You can contact me directly or through our website, and schedule a free consultation.
