About

I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself and explore what is bringing you to therapy. There is no problem too big or too small that we can't work on together. We will work collaboratively and utilize a compassionate, person centered, holistic approach. You are the expert of your story and I’m here to support you. Whether it's working on processing the past, managing life in the present, or preparing for the future, we will find ways to reach your goals.

My approach is centered through a holistic, trauma-informed, and social justice/anti-racist lens. I pull from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic. I have assisted clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotions, disordered eating, trauma, sexuality, and more.

I appreciate the trust and vulnerability it takes to seek out therapy. In return, I will be authentic and honest in the work I do with you. I'm excited to get to know you and meet you wherever you are in life. Please don't hesitate to contact me and schedule an appointment. I look forward to working with you!
