About

I often work with clients who are seeking recovery from traumatic experiences and other stressful life events. I specialize in working with clients who have symptoms of PTSD, anxiety disorders, OCD, and adjustment disorders due to life stressors/transitions. I am interested in working with clients who are willing to explore how their experiences inform and impact their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My hope is that we will be able to identify and possibly shift patterns that are no longer serving you, so that you can live in alignment with your unique values and goals moving forward.

I use evidence-based cognitive behavioral modalities such as CPT and ERP, which are structured and typically short-term (12-16 weeks) treatments. I use these modalities because they are likely to be the most effective and timely treatment possible for improvement of symptoms. I also offer trauma-informed Yin style yoga classes to support healing in the body.

Being a human is complex. Your voice matters & I want to listen. I provide evidence-based therapy with compassion, curiosity, and openness. My hope is to help clients find a pathway to healing after experiencing trauma/toxic stress. You can expect me to show up with warmth and compassion, while also being direct, focused, and trauma-informed.
