I work with individuals ages 10 and up, Families, Mood Disorders, Behavior Disorders, Life Transitions, Trauma, and Grief. Mental health can be confusing for children and helping them understanding what they are feeling and experiencing is something that I am passionate about. I believe that building a relationship with the whole family is important in helping children overcomer challenges and reach their goals in all aspects of life. View 5 Photos I engage clients with implementing evidenced based practices through a Client Centered and Solution Focused approach to meet the client where they are. I often use Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral to identify areas that the client wants to work on addressing. Everyday is a fresh start and it is never to late to seek help. Everyone goes though a period of time that they need extra support and a different perspective on life. If you are dealing with a major life transition or trauma from the past I encourage you to take that step in investing in yourself.
