About

Are you ready to break generational patterns, get unstuck, and create healthier relationships? I go alongside you as your cheerleader, advocate and coping-skills trainer for your mental health goals. I provide therapy to adolescents (10+), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. I can help you create healthy boundaries, build relationship skills, and make sense of your emotions, behaviors and thoughts. As a therapist at a Christian counseling center, I provide evidenced-based and non-judgmental, faith-based counseling.

I can help you by being a calming, genuine, and understanding support. I utilize therapy models such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), and person-centered therapy to meet you where you are. I can even help you find creative outlets for expression, such as using art as a means of therapy.

I know that opening up about yourself can be difficult, that is why I let you set the pace on your healing journey. It is important to find the right fit for what counselor works for you. My therapy style is a mix of who I am has a person and a professional. I offer my humor, authenticity, hope, and knowledge to each individual client.
